Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Been sick ... again

Well, for those who have noticed, there is a reason for my recent absence from deviantArt. I have been sick again. Got pretty sick with sore throat, fever, aches, etc., several weeks ago. It never went away and ended up with my wife taking me to hospital last Friday. I had developed pneumonia, fluid around the heart, a rapid heart rate which also caused the sudden development of a heart murmur.

The good news is that after all the tests, x-rays, echo-cardiograms, and so on that they did, my heart looks pretty good. Once the pneumonia is cleared up and the fluid in the pericardial sac has cleared away, I should be good to go for a while.

So, I'll be trying to catch up over the next few days. We've had a pretty big snowstorm over the weekend and there's another one coming tomorrow night. Hopefully I'll fell up to taking a few new Winter pics!

Surprisingly, I can sleep so much better in the hospital than my own house. Hahaa

Then again, my house is normally louder than a normal carnival. And I only have 6 people living in it. (I admit it. Most of the noise is me and my sister trying to outsing each other.) Ahaha I haven't been to the hospital too many times. I think about, 4 times in my life.

4 times is waaay too many times. I've been in 4 times as well, but this has been kind of spread out over the years since 1974. I was in the Navy & got pneumonia then. A few years ago had to have my gall bladder out. But I've been in twice now this year. Not been a good year.

While I was in this past weekend, I don't think I slept more than about 6 hours total ... and that was not all at once. But thanks again for saying hi. Made me feel better as I got some other maybe bad news yesterday, but that's for another journal entry I guess.

I've been in 2 times when I was little, once last year because I had broken my left arm, right leg, and right pinky because I was stupidly messing around on ice. Ahahaa

Then I was in about 3 months ago, because I had what you call Cysts. I had about 5 of them burst in my lower right stomach, they thought I had appendicitis, but nope. I was only 11 then, and so they tried every pain medication, but it never worked. :/ It hurt super bad though. Lol

Hopefully. But, as weird as it sounds, I actually kinda like the hospital we have here. It's really quiet and theres many really nice people here

But at the same time, I don't like the hospitals, because I know many bad things have happened in them. It kinda freaks me ^__^" Ahaha Glad you're getting better though!
